Bringing Public Art to The Heights
The Saint Paul Port Authority hired Forecast Public Art to lead community engagement and artist selection at The Heights. Phase One involved a kick-off and four community workgroup meetings to identify public art themes. See the Phase One Report included below. In Phase Two (June-August 2023), Forecast will present preliminary findings and final recommendations. Phase Three (July-August) will include artist selection.
