The Saint Paul Port Authority held a series of sessions with community members to discuss urban design priorities for The Heights. The final product was a letter from the workgroup, to the Saint Paul Port Authority, highlighting community-based, urban design recommendations. It will be the Port Authority’s responsibility to reference these priorities when drafting covenants and working with future developers.
