Customer Service Representative

Location(s): Corporate Headquarters – Saint Paul, MN
Job description: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and employees in a call center atmosphere.
Compensation: $15.00+/hr, depending on experience.
Work hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. (Evening and weekend shifts available)

Job responsibilities include:

• Inbound and outbound customer calls, chats and texts
• Data entry
• Research and problem solving
• Scheduling service & collecting payments
• Support to other Warners’ Stellian departments

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• PC literate
• Attention to detail
• Dependable
• Understands the importance of the “Customer”
• Previous Product Support, Customer Service or Call Center experience
