The Saint Paul Port Authority routinely undergoes a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process to solicit vendors to assist with brownfield projects that receive funding from the EPA. We do most of this work in partnership with environmental and civil engineering firms.
The current RFQ is closed. All respondents have been notified.
