The Saint Paul Port Authority routinely undergoes a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process to solicit vendors to assist with brownfield projects that receive funding from the EPA. We do most of this work in partnership with environmental and civil engineering firms.
The current RFQ is closed. All respondents have been notified.

These are the consultants that were selected in 2023 and are eligible to work on Port Authority projects where EPA/federal funds are received. Being selected does not guarantee work. It does, however, allow us to work with selected vendors for EPA projects as needed.
