The Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul (the Port Authority) is subject to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (the Data Practices Act”). The classification of any data supplied to the Port Authority as public, non-public, private, or confidential is subject to the Data Practices Act.
According to Minn. Stat. § 13.04, the Port Authority must advise you of the following:

- Resumes are used to determine if the applicant meets job qualifications.
- Contact information is used to communicate with the applicant.
- Demographic data is used to help improve recruiting outreach to diverse applicants and military veterans.
Consultants and Port Authority staff involved in the hiring process will have access to the data provided. Your information may also be shared by court order or provided to a state or legislative auditor upon request.
